Chef Shum Chun Yi is constantly learning and reskilling to keep up to date with innovations in the food and beverage industry.

Mr Shum, 52, is the chief chef at Southern Dim Sum, Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen Concept and specialises in making dim sum.
