SINGAPORE – It was a conversation with a student from the United States that got her thinking.
Ms Monica Baey, 23, and the student from the American University in Washington were both on an exchange programme in Taiwan when they met in February this year. Ms Baey opened up to this friend about her struggles as a victim of sexual voyeurism.
